Triton Container is in the market with Triton Container Finance III LLC - Series 2012-1
worth $275 million.
According to Standard & Poor's, the collateral backing the offering is a portfolio with a net book value of $493,511,109 comprising 180,249 containers.
Triton Container Finance III LLC has the right to lease revenues from the portfolio and any residual cash flows from the sale of containers. S&P said that this collateral is shared with series 2009-1 notes.
The initial purchasers and co-lead managers on the deal are Wells Fargo Securities and Nomura Securities International.
