Babson Capital Management has added a former UBS Funds Management executive to its Australian sales staff, the U.S.-based investment firm announced today.
Babson hired Sue-Ellen O’Keeffe as a director for sales and investor relations for Australia and New Zealand.
While most of the Babson Australia team is based in Sydney, O’Keeffe is based in Melbourne. She is the fifth member of the Babson Australia team and will report to Duncan Robertson.
Prior to joining Babson, O’Keeffe was director of structured credit with Super Investment Management (SIM), where she had worked in various roles for 13 years. She has previously worked with VFMC and UBS.
In March, Babson announced that it had expanded its global reach by starting a team of eight investment professionals to source mezzanine debt and private equity deals in the Asia Pacific region.
