Earlier today, Wachovia Securities announced it has added five senior-level hires to its CDO group. Joining the firm from Banc of America Securities are Ron Schumer, as a director in trading, and Greg Freer, as a director in marketing.
Julia Hu and Andrei Litvinstsev join as a vice presidents focusing on deal management from Credit Suisse First Boston and UBS, respectively. The bank also hired Henrik Malmer from Bear Stearns as a vice president in ABS/CDO trading, based in London.
All five hires report to Yu-Ming Wang, managing director and head of global structured credit products at Wachovia.
