Views premium fixed rate cards as having a very poor risk reward profile. All-time low rates and marginal excess spreads on some individual issues make the possibility of an early amortization event from a strong servicer a real possibility. The market would not view that action amicably. That event would have an adverse affect on other transactions, even those that have interest rate swaps embedded in the trusts.
