After 17 years with the government-sponsored enterprise, John Fisk is leaving Freddie Mac, giving up his role as head of single-family securitization to become chief executive of Loanchannel.com, a new Internet-based small business lending portal. Paul T. Peterson, previously head of Freddie Mac's Corporate Finance Division, will be taking over as executive vice president of the corporation's Single Family Securitization Group. In this role, he will oversee the operations of the group, including marketing, sales and production, risk assessment and model development, customer services and control and investor-dealer services. Rob Landauer has been hired as the director of sales and marketing for Andrew Davidson & Co., a New York-based prepayment analytics company. Prior to joining Andrew Davidson, Landauer spent eight years as the production manager for mortgage and asset backed securities information and analytics at Bloomberg.
