ORIX forms new corporate finance group

ORIX Corp., has announced the formation of a new corporate finance group, providing credit products and financing solutions to corporate customers in specific market segments. Headed by Managing Director , the group will focus on structured finance, leveraged finance, mezzanine finance and venture finance. The structured finance group will target equipment leases and loans to middle market and larger corporate customers in a broad range of capital intensive industries, as well as specialty finance credit products to privately held, middle market companies in the broadcasting, gaming and entertainment industries.
