After 10 deals in 1.5-years, mostly co-manager roles and a handful of co-leads, TD Securities has picked up a premier mandate, a $300 million area CDO for Harborview, which is a division of Oppenheimer & Co. The deal will mostly be backed by leveraged loans and a bucket of high yield bonds, buyside sources said. TD's CDO group is comprised of about six bankers, and is led by Fernando Guerrero.
