Allonhill hired Fidelity Southern Corp. executive Kathy Ireland as director of securitizations.
Ireland will manage the firm's core securitization solutions. She was most recently vice president of special projects for Fidelity Southern Corp., a holding firm for Fidelity Bank.
At Fidelity, she spearhead initiatives that resulted in a new mortgage loan origination approach, pricing engine and secondary market valuation system. The new hire also oversaw the implementation of best practices in forecasting, financial analyses and corporate insurance.
Prior to Fidelity, Ireland was a vice president and client service manager for Clayton Group where she managed due diligence on hundreds of thousands of loans, including compliance review, property valuation assessment, and transaction oversight for securitized loans.
In January, Allonhill unveiled a complete securitization solution for issuers and underwriters of RMBS. Additionally the firm recently hired Ross Gammill to head its new commercial due diligence service.
"We are very pleased to add yet another industry veteran to our leadership team, to help guide Allonhill's continued growth and fulfill our mission to reinvent the mortgage industry," said Sue Allon, CEO and founder of Allonhill. "Kathy's expertise in the challenges of securitized pools, working with rating agencies, and supervising loan reviews, all with a heightened focus on integrity and independence, will play an instrumental role in the continued success and growth of Allonhill."
