World Financial Files S-3

World Financial Network National Bank has registered an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The filing is for a possible issuance from the private-label credit firm's Credit Card Master Note Trust. According to Bloomberg, the last issuance from this particular trust was in August 2009.

World Financial also issued a credit card deal in March lead by Barclays Capital that was from its Credit Card Master Note Trust II, which is the company's former Charming Shoppes Master Trust.
