UMB Bank has hired three senior executives to its collateralized loan obligation trustee and loan administration team, as it expands its market service offerings and meet growing demands from investment managers for additional support, the company announced.
Henry Brigham joins as team manager and leads senior relationship management for the CLO group, the company said. Willis Hwang comes aboard as relationship manager and supports senior relationship manager; and David Knecht joins the company as team manager of CLO business solutions and intelligence, the company said.
All three will report to Vincent Pham, a senior vice president who is head of CLO administration. Pham is also co-lead of that CLO team with SVP Alex Cormas.
All three executives come from Wilmington Trust, where Brigham was vice president of CLO, borrowing base and loan administration; Hwang was a vice president and senior relationship manager and CLO trustee; and Knecht was a vice president in its CLO transaction servicing team, the company announced.
"This trio brings outstanding experience and further cements our commitment to providing clients with the highest level of expertise and service," according to a statement from Mark Flannagan, executive director of Specialty Trust and Agency Solutions at UMB.
