Structured finance software solutions provider Principia Partners has said that Serone Capital Management has chosen its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Platform for consolidated portfolio management, risk surveillance and operational control across its European credit investment business.
Serone is an asset management and advisory firm that focuses on European credit opportunities. Authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority since 2010, the firm was founded by players in the sectors of distressed, structured, real estate and corporate credit. Serone currently concentrates on credit investment strategies where the primary aim is to capture opportunities in volatile and dislocated credit markets.
