NewOak Capital appointed Carlos A.G.Vigon as managing director, commercial real estate investments and services.

Vigon will focus on expanding NewOak Capital capabilities in CRE principal investments, asset management, private equity, and advisory services.

Vigon has over twenty-two years of CRE experience as an investor, asset manager and trader. Since 2000, he was president and founder of Wilshire Holdings in Manhattan Beach California, a real estate private equity firm focusing on large scale national value-added acquisitions, repositioning, trading, private placements including multi-family, student housing, retail, office, single family subdivision and land development.

Previous positions include: marketing manager at SCI Investments in Los Angeles, where headed up all aspects of acquisition and marketing, as well as vice president of Realty Consultants Corp. in Palm Desert, California, where he launched distressed real estate investment syndications.
