Holtmeyer & Monson Boosts SBA Lending

Holtmeyer & Monson promoted Penny Newbauer to executive vice president. The firm said it also hired Josh Miller as vice president to play a key role in driving the company's ongoing expansion.

Newbauer joined Holtmeyer & Monson in 2006 as vice president and national servicing manager. She has given guidance in the proper preparation of closing documents for SBA loans as well as processing and the development of servicing requests for SBA and Colson approvals since that time.

In her new role, she will manage the company's overall loan servicing function as well as portfolio management and compliance.

Miller has joined the company from Paragon National Bank in Memphis. In his new position, he will manage all aspects of the company's lender account relationships across the country.

Holtmeyer & Monson offers banks with comprehensive, out-of-house services needed for SBA lending. The firm helps community banks offer small businesses access to capital and covers every stage of the process, including loan packaging and closing, securitization and sale as well as portfolio servicing.
