Citigroup has hired Peter Babej, the former co-head of Americas financial institutions at Deutsche Bank, according to a Bloomberg report.
Babej's leaving is at least the seventh departure this year by a senior investment banker from Deutsche, a person familiar with the situation told Bloomberg.
Babej will be working in New York as global co-head of financial institutions with David Head, Bloomberg reported. The source declined to be identified since the move is not yet public.
