Cohen & Co. hired Rob Cestari to the mortgage securities trading unit.
Cestari joins Cohen & Co. as a managing director responsible for trading commercial mortgage backed securities with a primary focus on CMBS credit.
Prior to joining Cohen & Company, Cestari held senior sell side CMBS trading roles for Nomura and Maxim. He also has a wealth of experience investing in CMBS, most notably with Apollo Real Estate Partners and Winthrop Realty Partners. Cestari is based in New York and reports to Barry Mohr.
