Castlelake, the global alternative investment manager based in Minneapolis, has expanded its lending team with five capital markets and structured credit professionals, the company announced recently.
Led by Armin Rothauser, a partner, the team specializes in structuring customized financial solutions to asset owners and originators. Established in November 2020, the group focuses on global consumer credit assets, small business loans, project finance and real estate. It has provided more than $3 billion of financing to airlines and other aircraft owners.
Wilhelm Steinmark, joins as European head of aviation lending, direct structured credit and capital markets and Fouad Onbargi joins as managing director of direct structured credit.
Christ Turner joins the team as director of direct structured credit and capital markets.
Brian Banschick and Ricardo De Armas were both appointed as director, direct structured credit.
