Carrington Property Services has reorganized its residential asset management operations with the aim of creating a “one-stop capability to manage all aspects of the asset management life cycle”, according to a press release from the firm.

The realignment will split the existing operations into three primary divisions: rental, REO administration, and centralized services.

This new structure will allow customers to maximize the capabilities and services offered by Carrington, but with more simplicity. The release also stated that the new arrangement will be more cost-effective.

“Since each property has its own individual characteristics, our clients have expressed the desire to use multiple strategies simultaneously – ranging from rental to REO and short sale management – with a single point of contact for vendor management,” said Steve Ozonian, chief real estate officer of Carrington Holding Co.
