AMCAR Deal Expects to Price this Week

GE Financial, formerly known as AmeriCredit, is reportedly scheduled to price its auto transaction called AmeriCredit Automobile Receivables (AMCAR) Trust 2012-1 early this week.

The Securities and Exchange Commission filing related to this $975.4 million auto transaction is here.

Joint bookrunners on the auto ABS are Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank Securities and JPMorgan Securities.

Meanwhile, the co-managers are Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. BofA Merrill serves as co-manager solely for the D notes.
