Matthew Lindsay joined the banking team at Wedlake Bell as a partner. Lindsay was previously partner and head of real estate finance at Mishcon de Reya.
The new hire's experience covers all aspects of debt financing, with a particular focus on real estate investment and development. He specializes in structured finance, notably in mezzanine finance.
Most recently, he advised on the regeneration of Marshall Street, Soho in central London, the development finance of Lanterns Court in Docklands and the refinancing of a £100 million investment portfolio in the West End.
