Walkers, an offshore law firm, announced the addition of Linda Martin and Chinyin Lim, to its London office.
Martin is the new head of finance and corporate for London and the Middle East and Lim will join the finance group as an associate. Martin's expertise covers a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions, structured finance, asset financing and general banking and corporate matters.
She joins Walker after spending an 11-year stint with Maples and Calder. She also has more than 16 years of experience in the capital markets and structured finance arenas.
Lim has more than seven years experience with Linklaters financial structuring group.
According to a release from the firm, the expansion of the London team improves its ability to offer advice and service to clients navigating the current turbulent financial market.
