According to market reports, Nationwide Building Society has mandated Barclays Capital, Citi and JP Morgan as joint lead managers for its inaugural public U.K RMBS benchmark transaction from the Silverstone Master Trust..
The deal is expected to launch and price, subject to market conditions, following a roadshow, which is scheduled to occur the week commencing October 19.
Silverstone 2009-1 is expected to offer sterling denominated, rated notes and will be secured by a pool of prime U.K. first-lien residential mortgage loans.
