Trading Leaders Depart Citigroup

The high yield and distressed trading leaders have departed Citigroup, according to a report.

High yield trading head Chris Yanney and distressed debt trading leader Rohit Bansal have left the bank, according to a Bloombergreport.

Investment-grade bond trading leader Scott Balkan has taken over distressed debt trading and loan trading head James Nessel has taken over high yield trading.

A Citigroup spokesman declined to comment.

The exits come as Citigroup is paring down its operation and cutting 4,500 jobs.
