Wells Fargo Securities, the capital markets and investment banking business of Wells Fargo, said today that Stafford Butt has joined the firm as a managing director focused on structured products origination and execution for the European, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Butt is based in London. He reports to Chris Pink, managing director and head of the Wells Fargo Securities’ consumer asset-backed securities division.
Prior to Wells Fargo, Butt was an executive director at WestLB. He was also head of EMEA securitization for the Mitsubishi UFJ Group and prior to that at the former ING Barings.
