Squire Patton Boggs announced that Trish O'Donnell has joined the firm as a partner in its growing global structured finance group, working in its New York office.
The firm also said that Nathan Menon has joined as a director in London, and both he and O'Donnell joined the firm from Reed Smith, the company announced on Wednesday.
"Trish and Nathan are both respected practitioners with strong cross-border experience who complement our strategic expansion efforts aimed at increasing the scale of capabilities we provide clients across specialty areas of the financial services sector," according to a statement from global financial services practice leader Jim Barresi.
O'Donnell and Menon expand on recent hires that the firm added to the firm in the last 12 months. Ranajoy Basu, the current global head of structured finance joined the firm in July, the company said. In April Squire Patton Boggs hired Gabriel Yomi Dabiri as its global head of private credit and direct lending.
The private credit and direct lending practice group followed Dabiri's hire with a three-lawyer team, based in Washington, D.C. and New York City.
