Schulte Roth & Zabel Hires For Investment Management Group

Schulte Roth & Zabel International hired Nick Terras as a partner in the investment management group.

Terras provides added depth to SRZ’s experienced London team, which includes well-known private investment fund lawyers Daniel Shapiro and Christopher Hilditch, under whose joint leadership the office has grown in size and activity.

Terras advises on the establishment and structuring of alternative investment funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds and funds of funds) and UCITS funds (including exchange-traded, derivatives-based funds), the structuring of investment products based on hedge fund strategies, related structured finance transactions and corporate matters.

His clients include leading investment funds, European and U.S. investment banks, and proprietary and structured products’ trading platforms.

“Nick is an outstanding lawyer who brings a breadth of knowledge in funds practice,” Hilditch said. “His experience and expertise will be a great benefit to our clients”.
