Asset management firm Schroders expanded its fixed income group by adding Dina Welch as a senior client portfolio manager, the firm announced today.
Welch will coordinate the firm’s fixed-income portfolios, including its high yield bond portfolios.
Welch will be based in Philadelphia and report to Karl Dahser, global head of fixed income. She was most recently a portfolio manager for SEI Investments and previously worked for Delaware Investments and Provident Mutual.
Schroders said in a statement that Welch’s appointment is integral to its efforts to expand and enhance its North American and global fixed-income platform for U.S. institutional clients.
Schroders has approximately $186.5 billion under management and is based in New York.
