The Royal Bank of Scotland has added Paul Feidelson, the former head of the investment and product platform for Barclays, to its global banking and markets group to head its commercial paper unit in the Americas.
At RBS, Feidelson will be responsible for building a commercial paper desk.
Feidelson was the founding member of the special investments group at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for managing the syndicate process for the firm’s private equity franchise and other investments for the private investment management division.
He also served as head of the global short duration credit business duration credit business at Lehman.
It was a role he held while also serving on the high grade syndicate desk.
