The Royal Bank of Canada is marketing a new credit card securitization deal from its Golden Credit Card Trust.
The deal is managed by RBC Dominion Securities and will offer buyers a triple-A tranche rated by DBRS and Moody's Investors Service. A subordinated tranche of triple-B notes is also part of the capital structure.
