RBC Capital Markets has added a cohead of U.S. loan capital markets, the firm said.
Judith Fishlow Minter has joined RBC as its cohead of U.S. leveraged loan capital markets investment band and will lead the group along with Miguel Roman. She joins RBC from North Sea Partners, where she was a managing partner. She has also worked for Citigroup, where she was head of loan syndicate North America.
Both Roman and Minter are based in New York and report to Blair Fleming, head of U.S. investment banking.
The firm has been undergoing a series of changes and expansions. RBC's Capital Markets' U.S. investment banking group has added more than 145 professionals since January 2010.
Last month RBC named Charles Smith as a managing director in its U.S. leveraged finance investment banking group and Mark Goldstein as a managing director in its U.S. financial sponsors investment banking group. And it recently combined its new-issue and secondary market loan sales teams.
