PF2 Securities Evaluations, a provider of CDO security evaluations and analytics, hired Ilona Roze as a legal associate.
Roze was previously an associate within the corporate/tax group at New York-based Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. At Akin Gump, the new hire represented international clients ranging from start-ups to large companies and established corporations in a broad range of corporate and corporate governance issues. She mainly represented private investment funds, such as domestic and offshore hedge funds and private equity funds, and advised sponsors and investment managers on the establishment and operation of investment funds.
She brings to the firm an understanding of the legal nature of fund and investment structures that
she started developing as a consultant in KPMG Sydney's international corporate and indirect tax practices, before joining Akin Gump in New York.
"We are pleased to welcome Ilona on board," said PF2 Director Gene Phillips, "and know that her diverse legal structuring experience will add incremental value to our existing setup while proving invaluable as we implement new initiatives going forward."
