Investment bank North Sea Partners has hired Steve Paras as managing director and head of European capital markets.
Paras will be based in London. He was previously a managing director and head of Bank of America Merrill Lynch's leveraged capital markets desk in London.
Paras had worked at Merrill Lynch in New York for 14 years, most recently as managing director and head of the U.S leveraged loan capital markets desk.
