Nixon Peabody hired Ali Yenal as senior associate in its global finance practice and will be based in the New York City.
Earlier this month, the firm launched its securitization and structured finance team with the arrival of partners, Keith Krasney and Peter Morreale.
Yenal joins the firm from McKee Nelson where he was an associate. He will work closely with Krasney and Morreale on securitizations, structured finance, sales, purchases and financings of financial assets, and sales, divestitures and purchases of interests in financial institutions.

Yenal recently returned to the U.S. after serving as a private in the Turkish armed forces. He is fluent in Turkish and proficient in French.
