Robert Bell and Robert Palache have launched a new real estate business venture called Bell Capital Partners.
Bell Capital Partners will assist its clients in raising mezzanine debt, hybrid capital and equity for their real estate assets in the U.K. and Europe. Bell and Palache have between them over 20 years of experience in the European real estate market. They have both led transactions which raised billions in debt and hybrid capital for their clients.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer agreed to provide certain legal services to their new venture.
