National Australia Bank (NAB) appointed Steve Lambert as global head of debt markets at the firm.
The bank's wholesale banking group brings together debt capital markets origination and underwriting, structured investment product creation, credit portfolio analytics and synthetic credit risk distribution capabilities.
Lambert, formerly NAB's head of distribution, will report to Peter Coad, who is head of global markets.
Jason Garrett, who is returning to Sydney from Hong Kong, will become global head of institutional sales and market research at the the Australian bank.
