Mission Capital Advisors hired Chad Coluccio as a managing director in its New York office.
In his new position, Coluccio will focus on business development and trading, mainly in the Western United States region. Before Mission, Coluccio was a founding partner of Citation Capital Partners, which is a commercial mortgage brokerage company focused on debt, mezzanine, and joint venture equity placement. He arranged more than $500 million of financing for property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, condominiums, and SFR land tract entitlement.
Before that, he was an assistant vice president at George Smith Partners, and was also an asset manager at Citigroup, where his responsibilities included underwriting, modification/extension, and origination financing for Citibanks multi-billion dollar commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Chad brings a significant amount of success on the West Coast, an area where Mission Capital would like to expand, said David Tobin, principal at Mission Capital Advisors. There is a growing amount of commercial and residential loan portfolios secured with assets on the West Coast. Chads intricate knowledge of the markets key players will surely help the firm grow in that area, while also providing our clients with even more intricate knowledge of the market.
