Milbank has hired Deborah Festa as a partner, resident in its Los Angeles office. Festa regularly advises investment managers in strategies and deals designed to augment and protect their assets.
She has an extensive background in complex securitization offerings, and counseling clients on compliance with the Dodd-Frank Act's provisions and pertinent Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations. Before joining Milbank, Festa was a partner with O’Melveny & Myers.
