J.P. Morgan Plans 6th Credit Card ABS of the Year

J.P. Morgan plans to issues $600 million of securities backed by credit card receivables via its Chase Issuance Trust, according to an offering circular registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The series 2015-6, class A notes are due May 15, 2019.  Barclays and Societe General are lead managers on the deal along with J.P. Morgan. The document did not indicate who would rate the notes but the class A notes are typically rated at the triple-A level.

With the inclusion of its latest deal, JP Morgan now has 38 tranches of class A notes outstanding totaling $30.6 billion under the Chase issuance trust.
