Jones Lang LaSalle, a Chicago-based financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, has promoted four executives in its capital markets group to managing director and senior vice president positions.
Bruce Westwood-Booth has been promoted to managing director of the corporate capital markets team in the Chicago office, and Nat Rockett has been named managing director in charge of New York investment sales for the New York capital markets group.
The new senior vice presidents are Mathew Comfort, who will specialize in raising equity and debt for real estate owners and developers in the real estate investment banking group, and James Molloy, who will specialize in investment sales in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., area for the capital markets group.
