Jones Day Adds Real Estate Structured Finance Partner

Jones Day announced the addition of Richard White as partner in its Atlanta office. White joins the firm' real estate practice.

White was previously at Kilpatrick Stockton. He will focus his practice on structured finance and servicing matters relating to commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities.

He represents servicers and special servicers in all aspects of CMBS servicing, with particular emphasis on pre and post-securitization servicing and asset management issues including loan modifications and restructurings as well as the purchase, sale and transfer of servicing rights.

 
White also represents banks and other entities in all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential mortgage loans. He has significant experience in the acquisition of pools of performing and non-performing residential and commercial mortgage loans from
almost every major Wall Street-based holder of mortgage loans.
