Interactive Mortgage Advisors (IMA), Denver, is offering two small bulk mortgage servicing rights packages one backed by loans in Pennsylvania and the other in Nevada.
Both are tied to receivables guaranteed by Fannie Mae. The Nevada MSR package covers $24.2 million of loans with total delinquencies of 5.17% and a foreclosure/bankruptcy rate of 2.3%.
The Pennsylvania offering involves the rights to $7.2 million loans. The portfolio has delinquencies of 8.82% and foreclosures of 1.47%.
There is no bid deadline on either offering. IMA did not disclose the name of the firms offering the rights.
