Huron Consulting Group hired Kevin Gibbons and Peter Walsh as managing directors in the accounting and financial consulting practice that is focused on the financial services sector.
Gibbons and Walsh were both previously from Six Degrees Capital Management where they were both founding partners focused on structured credit asset management. They have extensive experience originating, structuring, and investing in structured credit products such ABS and complex derivatives, managing credit investment vehicles, restructuring securitized credit facilities, as well as providing advisory services to financial companies.
Before founding Six Degrees Capital Management, Gibbons and Walsh spent over a decade as senior members of BMO Capital Markets in the U.S. securitization group offering structured credit financing solutions, capital raising and advisory services to financial companies and asset managers.
