Wholesale broker firm Hoare Capital has made hires for its specialist credit team before its possible move to new offices in Mayfair, London.
The firm, which is headed by founding senior partner Nicholas Hoare, hired 10 new faces to its credit business.
The recent appointments included Mark Rogers, who has been a senior salesman for 23 years at Commerzbank, HVB and UBS, joins as head of ABS sales. Andrew Sheppard, a trader who has had stints at JPMorgan and WestLB, will be head of dealing.
Richard Gathercole, previously from the Bank of Scotland, will be serving as head of the corporate credit sales team with a focus on high yield and distressed debt.
Sergio Marques, formerly of Bank of America, was brought on as senior credit sales specialist for France and Iberia. And Iglika Bostandzhieva, formerly of Dresdner Bank, will focus on emerging market sales.
