Guy Carpenter Co. appointed Charlie Higham Chairman and CEO of Reinsurance Solutions LLC (RSL), a unit which specializes in providing tailored insurance and reinsurance services.
As a result, Sal Zaffino will step down as Chairman of RSL, while Theresa Zlotnik will still be president and chief operating officer of RSL.
Meanwhile, John Canavan replaces Charlie Higham as Guy Carpenters gobal head of client support services (CSS), reporting to Charlie Fry, Guy Carpenters chief operating officer. Previously, Canavan was the firms U.K. head of CSS.
Reinsurance Solutions LLC (Guy Carpenters wholly owned subsidiary in the U.S.) and Reinsurance Solutions Ltd. (Guy Carpenters affiliate in the U.K.) provide insurers, reinsurers, and regulators with a range of specific administrative, consulting, and technology solutions.
