Guggenheim Capital Markets, a division of Guggenheim Partners, added three senior professionals to the fixed income rates trading group.

Before that he was the head of agency trading at UBS and was a portfolio manager at both EMF Financial and CURA Capital.

Rob Goss joined Guggenheim as a director of U.S. rates sales. Goss was most recently a government bond trader at Alphaworks, a hedge fund in Chicago. Before that he was a relative value trader at RBC Dain Rauscher in Chicago.

Goss was previously a senior government bond salesman at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Bank of America and Citibank.

David Nalepa also joined the fixed income rates trading group as a vice president. He was most recently at Lehman Brothers, where he spent the last three years working in sales in the relative value trading group.

These new hires continue the expansion of the fixed income rates trading group, which was launched in March 2009 and has since added eight sales and trading professionals. They will report to Tom di Galoma, head of interest rates trading.
