GSI Securitization acquired ARGYLE Solutions, which is a technology-driven healthcare revenue cycle management firm.
Aside from its strong management team, ARGYLE brings to GSI three servicing centers strategically located nationwide, a seasoned healthcare-focused contingency collection business and an experienced self-pay purchase portfolio business, according to a press release.
