Golub Capital Partners has priced a $411 million collateralized loan obligation backed by broadly syndicated loans, according to a report by Standard & Poor’s.
Citibank is the arranger, trustee and collateral manager.
Despite its name, Golub Capital Partners CLO 11 is actually the investment firm’s twelfth deal; Golub Capital Partners CLO 12, a middle market deal, came to market earlier this year.
The latest deal includes a $257 million A-1 rated tranche that is rated 'AAA' by S&P; it priced at Libor plus 135 basis points.
Golub Capital Partners CLO 11 has a three-year reinvestment period, non-callable for two years.
As of May 22, the issuer had identified approximately 59.25% of the portfolio's collateral, according to S&P’s report.
