Goldman Sachs’ co-head of U.S. leveraged finance is being transferred to Europe to over see the firm’s bank loan, high-yield capital markets and restructuring group.
Denis Coleman, who joined Goldman in 1996, will relocate to London and become head of European credit finance on Dec. 1, according to Bloomberg.
Craig Packer, the other co-head of the firm’s U.S. leveraged finance team will become the sole head of the group.
Doug Henderson, who heads the European credit finance, will become chairman of that division.
