Friends Provident appointed Dominic Fryer as strategy and risk manager in its corporate team.
Fryer will be responsible for strategic development across the U.K. corporate division of the life and pensions firm. He has been with the company for two years, working in a number of sales management roles. He was previously with Aviva's corporate benefits division.
The new appointee is looking for the company to continue to extend its corporate offering beyond pensions.
"Dominic's new role will be critical to the future success of our business both in terms of shaping and articulating the strategy and ensuring our business is best positioned in the wake of the evolving pension reform landscape," said James Ward, director of U.K. corporate. "He will be instrumental in delivering a coordinated approach for our business as we continue to develop our proposition to market and he is a great asset to our team."
