Wells Fargo Securities has appointed Charles Mather as head of CMBS trading, according to a Dow Jones report that cited individuals familiar with the company's trading desk.
Mather was previously a senior vice president at alternative investment firm Sorin Capital Management. He was also in CMBS at Bank of America Corp.
The new appointee took over from Chris Campbell, who is considered a veteran trader at Wells Fargo and the former Wachovia Securities, the Dow Jones report stated.
