Investment bank EA Markets is muscling up their structured finance team by bringing on three new hires as managing directors: Neil Winward, Greg Raykher, and Gerry Kaufman, according to a press release from the young shop.
All the executives have experience in German banks. Winward was head of structured finance and alternative investments at Dresdner Bank; Raykher headed up structured finance North America for Commerzbank; and finally, Kaufman was a director in Deutsche Bank’s structured finance business.
Among this trio’s areas of expertise are leasing, regulatory matters, and capital strategies for investors, financial institutions and renewable energy developers, the release said.
EA markets is an upstart in the market. Reuben Daniels and Craig Orchant set up the shop in 2009.
